Resetting Locked Out Users
- Login to benefitsCONNECT®.
- Click on Company Administration.
- Click on Edit Company.
- Select the company by clicking on the name.
- Click on Employee Administration.
- Click Edit Employee.
- SEARCH for the employee who needs to be reset. Highlight the employee name (if more than one employee with the same keyword exists), click SELECT.
- On the Employee Administration menu, click on Status.
- In the Employee Login Disabled field, change Yes to No in the drop-down menu and then click SAVE.
