Employee Forms Download Report

You will be presented with a list of employees that were emailed their forms and can view if/when the employee downloaded the form.

1. Select Employee Forms Download Report.

2. You are able to view when the forms were emailed to an employee and whether the employee downloaded the 1095C/1095B

3. Use the search criteria to filter the report
   a. Division
   b. Class
   c. Status
   d. Tax Year

2. Select Search (1) and then Download (2)
