Release Features Overview

This bCEnroll user interface has been enhanced with an introduction to our first bC Intelligence model. This release also features an automation improvement that enhances the employee experience and minimizes the manual burden to brokers and employer groups alike.

Broker Dashboard

The broker dashboard provides the broker with the opportunity to view information for each company associated with their book of business through the use of a filter. The dashboard details include: total benefit cost by company and provider as well as offer details of total number of enrolled employees. Each of the graphs have conversion options, that may be displayed in excel, pdf, png, etc.

Employer Dashboard

The employer dashboard gives employers an overview of the enrollment summary by benefit, enrollment count by class and a cost breakdown by benefit. Each of the graphs have conversion options, that may be displayed in excel, pdf, png, etc.

New Hire Enrollment Notices

The employee will receive two email notifications: 1) system generated welcome message, providing the employee with their user name and the company’s web directory and 2) system generated message with their unique password.
